Sometimes we all have to “settle our glitter” and apparently using an actual jar filled with glitter can help us do exactly that: Calm the F down.

This popular mindfulness tool to help visualize chaotic emotions settling to the ground is a great way to help out-of-control kids, and grown-ups, pause and focus on something other than their oversized emotions. It’s not an alternative to therapy but it’s definitely cheaper!
